Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Direct day-to-day hotel operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services to ensure seamless delivery of Hyatt Regency brand standards.
• Executive Management: Serve as a core member of the Executive Leadership Committee, collaborating directly with the General Manager to execute business strategies and operational targets.
• Financial & Performance Oversight: Drive revenue performance, control operational costs, optimize productivity, and maintain guest satisfaction metrics.
• Culture & People Development: Lead, coach, and empower a diverse team, fostering a workplace culture centered on empathy, inclusion, continuous learning, and staff well-being.

Quality Assurance: Maintain strict service quality controls, resolve high-level guest issues, and ensure consistent standards throughout the property. 

Qualifications & Competencies
