URGENT VACANCY – FUEL STATION MANAGER 

We are urgently looking for an experienced and highly responsible Fuel Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fuel station.

Location: Tunduma

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the fuel station.
• Monitor fuel sales, stock levels, cash collections, and daily financial records.
• Maintain accurate accounts and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Supervise station staff and ensure discipline, productivity, and excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase fuel and other station sales.
• Monitor expenses, revenues, and overall station profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Handle customers and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Monitor fuel deliveries, inventory, and minimize losses or discrepancies.

Requirements

• Age: 35 years and above.
• Proven experience managing a fuel station or petrol station.
• Strong knowledge of accounts, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the fuel or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Honest, reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of fuel station operations, stock control, and loss prevention.
• Computer literacy and ability to use accounting systems will be an advantage.
