Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic customer relationship manager (CRM) specialist tojoin team. The CRM will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships withourclients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to analyze customer datato improve customer relationship and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1: Relationship Management
Building and maintaining, long-lasting relationship with clients. Serve as the mainpoint of contact for client addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly. Regularlycommunicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
2:Customer engagement
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Organizeand participate in client meeting, events, and workshops. Solicit feedback fromclients toimprove products and services.

3: Data analysis
Use CRM software to manage client data and teach interactions. Analyze customer datatoidentify trends and opportunities for business growth. Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention metrics.

4: Sales support
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling. Assists in the development of sales proposals and presentation. Support the sales teaminachieving their targets by providing insights into customer behaviour and preferences.

5:Process improvement
Identify and implement improvements to the CRM process. Develop and maintaindocumentation to CRM processes and best practise. Train and support staff in the useof
CRM software and customer relationship best practise.

6: Collaboration
Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, andcustomer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in teammeetingsand contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications.
1: Bachelors degree or diploma in business administration or a related field.
2:Proven expreince in customer relationship management or similar roles
3:Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft office suite
4: Strong analytic skills and ability to interpret customer data.
5:Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
6: Customer- centric mindset with passion for delivery exceptional service.
7:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
8: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
