Courier officer

LITURU CARRIER is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive **Courier Officer** to join our logistics team. In this role, you will ensure the accurate handling, dispatch, and timely delivery of parcels and packages while maintaining high standards of customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Organize, sort, and prepare daily packages and documents for dispatch.

* Timely and safe delivery of parcels to designated individual and corporate client locations.

* Obtain clear proof of delivery (signatures, digital confirmations) for all handled shipments.

* Inspect packages for damage prior to loading and report any discrepancies immediately.

* Maintain clean, accurate delivery logs and tracking updates in our system.

* Build positive relationships with clients through professional, polite service.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

* Valid driver's license (or motorcycle permit, depending on vehicle type) with a clean driving record.

* Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and navigation tools.

* Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

* Physical ability to lift and carry packages (up to [e.g., 20 kg / 50 lbs]).

* Basic literacy and tech-savviness to operate handheld logging devices or mobile tracking apps.
